Terms & Conditions

Important: By placing an order or using our website, you fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Who Can Use Our Service

  • You must be 18 years or older to book a shipment
  • You agree to provide true and correct sender & receiver details
  • We can refuse service without giving any reason

2. What We Do NOT Ship (Prohibited Items)

We will NOT accept or deliver:

  • Explosives, fireworks, guns, bullets
  • Drugs, narcotics, tobacco, alcohol
  • Live animals, birds, fish
  • Perishable food, liquids, chemicals
  • Cash, gold, silver, diamonds, jewelry (above ₹50,000)
  • Illegal items, fake products, pornographic material
  • Any dangerous or hazardous goods

If found, package will be rejected or handed to police. No refund.

3. Your Responsibility

  • Pack properly – Use strong box, bubble wrap, tape
  • Correct address – Full name, pin code, phone number
  • Be available for pickup & delivery
  • Pay all charges (shipping, COD, taxes)
  • Declare correct value & contents

4. Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup within 24–48 hours after booking
  • Products will bedelivereddwithin 7-10 days
  • We may attempt delivery 2 times. After that, return to sender
  • Return charges will be paid by sender

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices include weight, distance, and fuel charges
  • Extra charges for remote areas, oversized packages
  • Payment must be done at time of booking
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) available up to ₹50,000
  • All taxes (GST) included in final price

6. Tracking & Updates

  • You will get AWB number after pickup
  • Track online or via SMS
  • We send updates on pickup, transit, delivery

7. Lost or Damaged Package

  • We are not responsible if packing was poor
  • Insurance available (extra charge)
  • Claim only with proof of value (invoice)
  • Max claim: insured value only
  • Claim must be filed within 7 days of delivery

8. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancel before pickup → Full refund
  • After pickup → No refund

9. Our Rights

  • We can open and inspect any package
  • We can change prices or terms anytime
  • We can cancel any order without reason
  • We are not liable for delays due to weather, strikes, or government rules
