Refund & Return Policy

1. Refund Possible Only If

• Order cancelled before pickup
• Payment made but pickup not done in 24 hours
• Service not available in your area

2. NO Refund If

• Package picked up
• In transit or out for delivery
• Wrong address given
• Packing issue by sender

3. Shipment Process (No Refund After Step 3)

4. How to Request Refund

• Email support@geetanjalicourier.com within 2 hours
• Include: Order ID, AWB, Reason
• Refunds will be credited to beneficiary bank account within 5-7 days

5. Non-Refundable

• GST / Convenience fee
• Insurance
• Failed delivery charges

6. Return of Goods – Not Applicable

Geetanjali Courier is a logistics and transportation service provider. We do not sell or supply goods. Therefore:

• Return of physical items is not supported
• We only transport shipments as per sender's instructions
• Any return request must be handled directly between sender and receiver
• Courier service charges are non-refundable even if goods are returned by receiver
• Reverse pickup (return shipping) can be booked separately at standard rates
• Return pickup is completed within 2–3 business days from booking confirmation
